Embossing

FORM-X offers Embossing, Tactile dome forming, and Deep draw.

EMBOSSING (HYDROFORMING):
Raised or recessed flat surfaces, logos, characters, ridges or borders, graphic design areas, keypads, symbols, special characters, rounded convex or concave forms, LED’s or bulbs, multiple level shapes, different type shapes, and combination form shapes.

TACTILE DOME FORMING (HY-TECH POLYESTER DOMES):
Graphic overlay tactile domes with conductive pads, etc. High temperature top circuit layer tactile domes with pads. Top circuit layer tactile domes with or without conductive circuits, crossovers, resists, etc.

DEEP DRAW (THERMOFORMING):
Sheet forming on plastic sheets that have been screen-printed with inks on one side. Forming depths up to 0.500 inch have been achieved.
