Sheet Specifications

Standard Sheet Size: 20" X 29" sheet size must have a 0.5" boarder outside the active area
Standard Active Area: 19" X 26" forming area for domes and embossing
Alignment Holes : Parts must have two (2) pre-punched holes or two (2) registration targets printed
on each plastic sheet no closer than 1" from edge
Materials: Polyester (PET), Polycarbonate, PEN, PVC, ABS
Thickness: Up to 0.050"
Tactile Life: (PET) Exceeds 1 million cycles on most designs
